Hercule Studios offers standard delivery included in France and EU countries.

- Shipping options

We offer shipping to any personal mailing address. Delivery to a relay point is also offered on our Online Store. The delivery of your package is carried out by Chronopost in Metropolitan France.

- Pricing

Delivery of our orders is completely free. You do not have to pay shipping costs. Hercule Studios offers standard delivery for all orders (see delivery areas).

- Time limit

Orders are usually delivered within 4 - 7 business days from sending the shipping email. Take into account additional delays on items manufactured on request.

- Returns

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it.
